My Studio

I love my studio. It took me forever to get one and get it into a semi functional order. I am proud of how far it has come along and deecided I should show some pictures of the lovely room I spend so much time in.
Here is a picture of me working in the studio on my super nice table. Dig the apron? I made it. Please ignore the pile of mess in the back corner. That's the part that still needs work. Gosh... I sooo need to dye my hair.

Here's a shot of the lovely table with my current project laid out on it. You can see my cabinet in the corner that I put all my books on and all my glue and paint lives in the top part. There are some lovely dolls on the corner of the table to keep my company and my adjustable dressform with a sushi t-shirt on it. On top of the cabinet you can see about half a dozen skulls. Also the orange square on my wall is where I focus my anger when some fabric is not cooperating. Those fuzzy things on the cabinet are synthetic dreadlocks i made.

In the far left you can see a painting my brother did in middle school that is super awesome and I commendeered it because i love it so. Again the dressform and now also VOYAGER (my sewing machine) stashed in the corner. I love that black wire shelf. It's so great for fabric. Hanging on the shelf are some unfinished synthetic dreadlocks, some fabric that's airing out, two fox pelts, some screen printing, and a bag full of felted sweater bits. Boxes of fabric live on top of the wire thing and OH BABY! Check out that overflowing yarn stash! Beads and stuff live there too but the yarn takes up most of the space.

And here is the resident studio dwelling beast. This is Xandar. I love him so much and he keeps me company when I'm working in there.
That's it. I hope you enjoyed it.
