So, I'm getting into NERO season gear along with getting ready for my cruise in April! YAY!
I'm applying to sell at a craft show at the end of May. :D
Also gearing up for that.
I learned how to make Granny squares and am trying to not spend so much darn time playing WoW on the computer. Alas....weakness...

i go MIA every so often
So, Zak got the bright idea to renew our WOW (world of warcraft) subscription. So instead of crafting like I should be, I get home and play Wow until zak gets home. Bad Kat.
Oh well. My brain cogs have been turning so when i do pull myself away from the computer I'll be able to creat some cool stuff. Keep your eye balls peeled!

My Studio
I love my studio. It took me forever to get one and get it into a semi functional order. I am proud of how far it has come along and deecided I should show some pictures of the lovely room I spend so much time in.
Here is a picture of me working in the studio on my super nice table. Dig the apron? I made it. Please ignore the pile of mess in the back corner. That's the part that still needs work. Gosh... I sooo need to dye my hair.
Here's a shot of the lovely table with my current project laid out on it. You can see my cabinet in the corner that I put all my books on and all my glue and paint lives in the top part. There are some lovely dolls on the corner of the table to keep my company and my adjustable dressform with a sushi t-shirt on it. On top of the cabinet you can see about half a dozen skulls. Also the orange square on my wall is where I focus my anger when some fabric is not cooperating. Those fuzzy things on the cabinet are synthetic dreadlocks i made.
In the far left you can see a painting my brother did in middle school that is super awesome and I commendeered it because i love it so. Again the dressform and now also VOYAGER (my sewing machine) stashed in the corner. I love that black wire shelf. It's so great for fabric. Hanging on the shelf are some unfinished synthetic dreadlocks, some fabric that's airing out, two fox pelts, some screen printing, and a bag full of felted sweater bits. Boxes of fabric live on top of the wire thing and OH BABY! Check out that overflowing yarn stash! Beads and stuff live there too but the yarn takes up most of the space.
And here is the resident studio dwelling beast. This is Xandar. I love him so much and he keeps me company when I'm working in there.
That's it. I hope you enjoyed it.

It turned out my llama had a car bomb strapped to it after all...
Today was a good day for the most part. I went to Emily's and make pin cushions which I will need to post pictures of at some point. We ate cake and burritos and Joyce channelled Chris for a while. Good times in my opinion. All was excellent until I got back home where heaps of laundry were waiting for me and Zak was being a butt head. He still is a butt head but I guess I can't change that. He's being lazy and not really helping out with the things that need done.
Dork.
Also, it appears that a single fiber of wool has snuck under the skin in my wrist. It's HORRIBLE!
